EAC mobile App 2.0.3

Official application of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.

The Cyprus Electricity Authority has recently undertaken a comprehensive redesign of the EAC Mobile App to align with the principles of operational unbundling within the organization.

The updated application is organized into three primary sections:

• EAC
• EAC Supply ("Supply-MyEAC")
• Distribution

By selecting the "EAC" section, users can access the latest news, announcements, and press releases issued by the Electricity Authority of Cyprus. Additionally, this section provides a map of Cyprus indicating the locations of Customer Service Centers, along with their contact details and operating hours. Users can also locate electric vehicle charging stations (e-charge) across the country.

Customers of EAC Supply can navigate to "Supply - MyEAC" after signing in to view and pay their bills electronically, review consumption history, request email delivery of bills, and access submitted reports. The Energy Calculator feature allows users to estimate electricity costs based on appliance power ratings and usage duration.

The "Distribution" section serves all network users by providing information on scheduled power interruptions and fault notifications by district. Users can also report issues related to street lighting, tree pruning, or other network problems, as well as submit meter readings.
